Someone builds a tool for your team. The demo goes well. Screenshots look clean. The walkthrough checks every box.

Then your team tries to use it.

Someone pulls real data. It breaks. The workflow assumes how things used to work, not how they work now. The edge cases? They're not edge cases. They're half your volume.

The tool "worked." It just didn't work inside your organization.

And so the team goes back to the spreadsheet.

What this could look like instead
